About Argane - What is Argane ?

Argane is a product unique to north africa, confined to an area of around 150 square miles only where it is grown. Argane is grown on trees and goes through a rigourous and lenghty procedure where its picked up from the trees, the pulp is removed and the very hard shell has to be very carefully broken not to crush the argane almond inside.

Thereafter, the nuts are crushed and are put through different routes where the hot pressed is used as oil for cooking or sprinkle on salad or eaten with bread (please see properties of argane for details) and the cold pressed is used for massage and a third source is uniquely produced as cosmetic.
